something is missing - happy birthday

I have this strange feeling that I should be doing something about now. Something like dressing up in costumes a few days after halloween. Something like celebrating someone's birthday while dressed up in really strange costumes.

Happy Birthday, Darwin!

Since, you are in Spain and we can't join you this year, I though I'd remind you of what we'd probably be doing about now if you were here.
Enjoy the pictures!

Happy Birthday Darwin!!!!!!!!!

Forrest, what was your costume supposed to be?

I was dressed up as Darwin from 1983 - really short cut off jean shorts, an ugly green shirt with some leftover hippie vest (which is your dad's), socks pulled up to my knees and a pair of chucks. The wig I am wearing is suppose to be that feathered back look from them. I think I once saw a picture of him from that era and I exaggerated everything.

Should we be concerned that two guys have coconut bras on? It looks like Dash is already sagging. : )

That was a great party! Happy Birthday Darwin!

Golden, you looked great all dressed up as an '80's material girl living in a material world.

And what can you say about that jump to conclusions mat?

Maybe, I haven't discovered the joys of wearing a coconut bra - there is always the next costume party. Dust are you in?

Hey dwhitey,
good to hear from you.
I think I was gforrest or forrestG, something like that.

You have probably met Darwin before, cuz he'd be at all of our non-college parties. He and his wife are now missionaries in Spain.

Where is Mr.B - he needs to stop by.
-come back and visit

The robot party was a good time. It was great to see everyone again. Next time we should have to dress up as robots.

About the coconut bra, I make no promises. Do they make coconut bros?

I was talking to Carolyn last night and we thought it would be cool if we (you) made invitations and included one of those blank paper masks as part of the invite. And to get into the party one would have to wear and have decorated their mask.

But I have no idea how much they cost. I was thinking that .50 cents to a 1 dollar would be ideal.

oh please don't make it be on the 19th. That would make me really sad! I have to go to Beaver Lake in Arkansas to finish my open water dive class to get certified for scuba diving that weekend.

you should see my new costume! I'm reading all the comments, but I still have little time to post at this office... I had a plate of warm pickled herring with some sort of tomato sauce and prunes stewed in vina tinta. wow chicas!

You should end everyone of you comments with "wow chicas!"

It fits your picture.
