I would love to stay in Mission, but we will probably look elsewhere. Don't know where that is, though.

No, the size is not the problem, although we'll probably look at larger homes.
Our street, the way it curves off of a major street, encourage cars to maintain their speed without slowing down to residential speed. It just didn't seem like the kids could just go out and ride their bikes.
Also, out of all the SM elementry schools, ours is one of the worst. We are looking for better SM schools.
The schools are important. I'm glad you were able to sell so quick. Do you have any potential houses to put an offer on yet?
